There are territories in which there are no parties that are trained to service or stock parts for the Lely products. Check at https://www.lely.com/locator/ or with your local Lely Center before purchase to ensure that there is an authorized party who can support this product with service and part.
Lely reserves the right to limit the resale of the Lely products versions to territories within areas that have dealerships that are currently serving and are authorized to install, service and stock parts for these product versions. There are territories and dealerships that are not trained to service or stock parts.
Lely provides full service during the time a product version is for sale by Lely as a new product in the market. After the official stop of selling a product version, Lely will guarantee spare parts support for at least 10 years thereafter. After this period Lely cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts for these product versions.
If you are purchasing a Lely product, outside of your local country / from another continent, contact your local Lely Center for guidance on the proper specifications of the equipment for it to meet requirements in your territory.
